• There are 2 EMI payment options - 3 months and 6 months.
• Rs 100/- processing charge will be applicable on all 3 month EMI plans. Rs 200/- processing charge will be applicable on all 6 month EMI plans.
• For Returns, Partial Returns and Replacements, refunds will be made to My Wallet only (read next section for more information on My Wallet). Refunds of EMI processing charges will be on a pro-rated basis.

Refunds and My Wallet

• My Wallet is a digital wallet that electronically holds cash exclusively for registered users. My Wallet contents can be used to make purchases on Yebhi.com or refunded back to the customer in cash. Unlike Gift Vouchers (GV), My Wallet contents do not expire.
• Cash Refunds from My Wallet are available for orders paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cheque, EMI and Cash on Delivery.
• Cash Refunds from My Wallet are not available for orders placed by Cash Card, Pay Cash, Virtual Payment or with Gift Vouchers (GV) and Reward Points (inclusive of Citi Bank Reward points).
