Typically a Yebhi representative will reach your home to pick up the items to be returned. In rare cases, you might need to return items directly to us. The CRO process will alert you if your pincode is not covered. Our address is:

We love you for keeping the following in mind:- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt in the original box.
- Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
- Sachets/ packets accompanying the box should not be opened/ tampered with.
Some exclusions apply. Bear with us!- Sarees, suits, dress materials can be returned within 30 days.
- Innerwear (except Night Suits and Night Wear) cannot be returned.
- Real, Precious/Semi-Precious Jewellery and Bullion cannot be returned.
- For Electronics, items returned due to manufacturing defect will need a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Certificate or a Replacement Certificate from the authorized brand.
- Bath and Beauty (except Fragrances) cannot be returned. The seal must be intact.
- Stuffed/Soft Toys cannot be returned.
Refunds and My Wallet- All refunds are made to My Wallet.
- My Wallet is a digital wallet that electronically holds cash exclusively for registered users. My Wallet contents can be used to make purchases on Yebhi.com or refunded back to the customer in cash. Unlike Gift Vouchers (GV), My Wallet contents do not expire.
- Cash Refunds from My Wallet are not available for orders placed by Cash Card, Pay Cash, Virtual Payment or with Gift Vouchers (GV) and Reward Points (inclusive of Citi Bank Reward points).
